7/6/2022 – Beginning 10+ push-ups per day. The point is simply a baseline of strength training. No significant goals for upper-body muscle growth/strength.

7/7/2022 – Ben and I are conducting an experiment where we add 5 push-ups per day for at least 30 days

7/11 – Ben has been doing push-up; I have not; I’m getting back on the band wagon today; re-starting fasting has occupied much of my attention over the pas week (http://blog.hackingultra.com/hacking-ultra/fasting/)

7/21 – I will join Ben in a push-up challenge if/when he wants to, and in the meantime…

10 push-ups per day; as many pull-ups as I can do

Once I reach 10 pull-ups per day, I will increase push-ups and pull-ups equally

I will use Eric Orton’s prescribed strength training as outlined in The Cool Impossible

7/23 – I will keep adding content here on specific excercises and workouts, but my routine has moved to: Daily Activity
